Deposit & Cancellation Policy

New Clients

It is our policy to collect a $100 deposit when new clients book an appointment at the Anllo Center. This deposit will be put towards your first procedure at the Anllo Center. If you are scheduled for a complimentary consultation this deposit will be put towards your first treatment with us. If you decide at the complimentary consultation to not schedule a treatment, this deposit of $100 will be returned to you.

If you cancel your first appointment with us less than 48 hours before your appointment (consultation or treatment) we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee. You will then need to put down another deposit of $100 if you decide to schedule another appointment. 

If you don't show for your first appointment, we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee.

To avoid a cancellation fee, provide cancellation notice of at least 48 hours prior to your appointment by calling (610) 351-6605, there are circumstances that we would consider.

Existing Clients (Second Appointment On)

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
